About Adam

My mission is simple: I focus on communication that connects complex ideas with real people.

My journey has not been a straight line, and that is my greatest asset. I began studying business administration, shifted into philosophy and then art studio and graphic design, and even spent years in general contracting remodeling houses, all while chasing one thing: genuine inspiration.

I found that inspiration in the mechanics of the English language. I wanted to understand why language works at a fundamental level, from its early roots through classic literature and into modern journalism, from Chaucer and Shakespeare to writers like David Foster Wallace. A BA in English Literature with a concentration in writing, composition, and rhetoric (USC–Beaufort) gave me a deep grasp of how English works, why it resonates, and how to communicate engagingly and thought provokingly across subject matter.

The Journalist & Editor. I entered the professional world through the hunting, fishing, and outdoor sporting industry. As Assistant Editor at Sporting Classics, I helped shepherd a narrative driven print magazine while managing its digital presence, transitioning decades of issues (1984–2024) online, publishing hundreds of digital pieces per year, and editing dozens of feature length stories annually. I also founded Quiddity Press, an independent platform for long form essays and fiction, where I wrote and edited over 100 original pieces.

The Intelligence Analyst. Looking to explore new frontiers of language and communication, I moved into intelligence and cyber adjacent work as an Intelligence Analyst at Groom Lake Private Military Company. There, I trained in Python, supported the integration of Anthropic’s Claude to automate OSINT and data entry workflows, and conducted due diligence and risk analysis using PAI and OSINT to inform six and seven figure decisions.

Today, I stand at the intersection of narrative journalism, analytical research, and emerging technology. I focus on bringing clarity, depth, and human connection to every story, brief, or intelligence product I touch.

Major Projects

AI & Intelligence Automation

Groom Lake PMC • 2025

OSINT Python Claude AI Risk Analysis

Served as an Intelligence Analyst, supporting development and modernization of in-house open-source intelligence (OSINT) workflows. While training in Python, was asked to help integrate Anthropic's Claude into existing tools to automate repetitive front-end intelligence and data-entry tasks.

  • Built comprehensive digital profiles using Publicly Available Information (PAI/OSINT) to assess threat posture, reputational risk, and operational exposure for entities of interest.
  • Monitored and analyzed 200–400+ domain registrations per month, identifying and reporting 3–7% suspicious, spoofed, or nefarious domains tied to fraud, impersonation, or data-harvesting.
  • Contributed to data-removal and remediation workflows for client PII exposures, including mass-mailer compromises and large-scale database leaks affecting 10,000+ records per incident.

Sporting Classics Digital Archive

Sporting Classics • 2021–2024

Digital Publishing WordPress Archive Strategy

Worked alongside the Chief Editor on a legacy hunting and fishing magazine (founded in 1984), helping manage end-to-end issue production while being given near-carte-blanche over the digital platform.

  • Transitioned decades of print issues (1984–2024) into a structured digital archive, turning a thumbnail-style site into a deeper repository of back-catalog content.
  • Designed an online lane for "B-side" and non-print pieces, paying writers flat fees and publishing their shorter or experimental narratives on Sporting Classics Daily.
  • Managed and published ~300+ digital pieces per year, increasing subscribers, engagements, impressions, conversions, and store revenue during his tenure, despite limited technical and financial resources.

Quiddity Press

Independent Publishing • 2018–2024

Founder Editorial Web Presence

Founded and built Quiddity Press as a digital home for long-form essays, political commentary, and cultural analysis, with the long-term aim of evolving it into a print magazine.

  • Wrote, proofread, and edited 100+ original articles, essays, and reported blog posts, generating 100% of published story ideas and carrying the entire editorial output.
  • Managed the site build and hosting himself, maintaining the platform until infrastructure costs made continued operation impractical.
  • Used Quiddity Press to refine a long-form, analytical voice on political climates, cultural shifts, and geopolitical commentary that readers responded to as clear, engaging explanations of complex issues.
